Visit to Lake Pochard Nature Reserve

Back in June I attended a guided walk at Lake Pochard Nature Reserve. These are a few of the photos taken on the day.

The guide Jon is a semi-professional photographer and is very knowledgeable.

A typical guided tour is £60, but this could be a group tour of up to eight people.

Obviously there is nothing extraordinary at this lake, birdwise, but it was a good experience. Especially the little bank vole which is quite tame, as a result of Jon's regular visits...
